Real Estate in 2009.  It’s not like anything I have seen for over 19 years.  If it’s a Buyer’s market why can’t you secure a property to purchase?  The truth is it is not a Buyer’s market nor a Seller’s market…it is a distressed market.  Although it is challenging out there in Real Estate land, it is opportunity time.  The reason your offers are not getting accepted is because there is so many Buyer’s all trying to get into a very limited inventory market.  My suggestion is keep it up!  Don’t give up!  And don’t blame your Realtor…it’s not their fault.  You will secure a property…just keep plugging and you will get one and it will be the right one.  Real Estate is magic if you just let it flow into place.  The Properties your not getting are not suppose to be for you.  Stay positive and persistent.  Listen to your Realtor….they are hungry and want this to work as much as you do.  Cheers!
