Nancy Troxell her Real Estate license in 1990. Nancy was recognized in 2003 by the San Fernando Business Journal “The Best in Residential Real Estate” – the only recipient from the Santa Clarita Valley, a rapidly growing business based suburb of North Los Angeles County. Most recently, She was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame (top 1% in the Nation). Nancy continues to sell Real Estate celebrating her 19th year in the industry the summer of 2009.
Ms. Troxell began her civic service through committee work in organized Real Estate. Nancy’s networking and leadership ability led her to her serve as Governmental Affairs Chair of her trade association of over 13,000 members as well as key leadership positions for her State Association, The California Association of Realtors (over 175,000 members). She has served on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Realtors for the past 8 years. Nancy served as CAR’s Vice Chair for the Legislative Committee in 2005 and 2006 Chair of the Housing Opportunity Committee. She has developed personal relationships with many elected officials on the local, state and federal level serving on numerous committees including the Executive Advisory Committee (City of Santa Clarita), City Manager selection Committee appointed by the Santa Clarita City Council, and the Citizen Advisory Committee appointed by Los Angeles County tax Assessor Rick Auerbach.
