   After having two bad experiences with Realtors we finally found Nancy Troxell. When we first spoke with Nancy we did not know where we wanted to live. she sent us e-mails every couple of days with new listings in our price range. When we were finally ready to go out and look, she worked around our schedule and showed us a variety of houses in our price range. Nancy is a great listener; she took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes. This made finding our house a very easy process. Nancy had a few houses lined up for us to look at and that was that. The process of buying our house was very smooth with no hick-ups of last minute surprises. The deal was very satisfying.

   Nancy was also the listing agent for the house that we sold. There were 11 units up for sale at the same time ours was. To this date, we are the only ones who have recorded a sale. With Nancy’s guidance and advice we were able to sell our house for a price that made us very happy. she was always the most aggressive agent, giving our unit the highest visibility possible. The sale of our house was as equally smooth as the purchase of our new house.

   The timing and coordination of a “sell and purchase” deal can be tricky. Nancy had a great team working with her, from the loan provider, to the escrow and title companies, and her assistance; there was always great communication with us. We never felt “out-of-the-loop”, we never were pressured to make a decision that we were not completely comfortable with, and we never had to track the key players down in order to have a question answered.

   After working with Nancy Troxell for the sale and purchase of two properties, we can say without a doubt that she is a fantastic Real Estate Agent. We proudly recommend her for any real estate needs that you may have. We will definitely call Nancy in a few years when we outgrow our new house and its time to get something bigger!

   Working with Nancy & Jodi exceeded whatever expectations we may have had. Their advice regarding pricing was spot on. Their marketing skills on and offline are cutting edge.

   Bottom line is our house sold in 3 months in a compromised housing market and we are happy and moved out.

   From a personal standpoint, we found both young women personable, easy to work with, flexible and knowledgable and professional.
